hi girls

no sign of bub yet, though getting some slight contractions on and off. i have an ob appt on monday so will what he says. last one he said bub was already engaged.. maybe this one will just make us wait!!
sj - how are you going?
Hi everybody sorry for being so slack the new BB layout confused me and I couldn't find my way around for a while so didn't bother until now and geez found some exciting news yay SJ so happy for you honey :) that is fantastic news sending you a great big HUG X
Prama wow not long to go it has flown by for me lol probably dragging terribly for you tho hope you are feeling ok
Skye hope you are doing ok too babe pg with #4 can be really hard and draining I remember well lol
Bron how are you going hope your health is still getting better sweety
I can't believe how big our little munchkins are.... It is a bit overwhelming at times to see how quickly they have grown. Summer is still a little cyclone hehe she is the biggest chatterbox and rarely stops talking so very cute she is in CC 2 days a week I'm not bothering TT until summer comes she showed signs last summer but wasn't completely ready and from previous experiences just knew it wasn't right time for her.
Wow it's been so long since i've been on here can't remember what you all know.... Well I did my knee again think you all know that... I completely ruptured my ACL and tore cartilage again so am actually going into hospital on tuesday for a knee re-construction they are taking some of my tendon and screwing/grafting it where my ACL is meant to be (quick lesson on what a knee re-construction is lol) and they are removing my cartilage, not really looking forward to it but MEH what can you do. No man in my life they are just too painful and im not ready to be picking up stinking man undies off the floor hehe i have met a few ok one's but they are gonna have to be spectacular to sweep me off my feet quite happy being single and looking after my babies and hanging with my girlfriends :)
What else?????? I have still been at the gym keeping my knee strong been doing personal training again which i love have to have a few weeks off and won't be able to do much cardio but can do weights and maybe boxing if i can brace my knee well enough.
Well not sure what else i haven't told you all will most likely remember something else but will have to get online bit more often to check out whats happening xoxo
Much love to you all and good luck prama can't wait to hear some news soon xoxo

i'm ok, still waiting for this little one to make an appearance. but am enjoying the rest this time around, this one is being patient and being kind, and letting Lakshman bond with me more....

Congrats Prama. Very happy for you all. Can't wait to hear what her name is going to be, I sure it will be beautiful. Best wishes xx
So are you all sending the munchkins off to 3yo kinder next year? We just got our confirmation letter that Caitlin has a place next year and although I know she is ready to go and I wouldn't dream of holding her back so I could spend more time with her, it is still sad that they are growing up so fast. It will be pretty much the same as she is doing this year. She does 2 days in occasional care for 3 hrs each session. 3 yo kinder is 2 sessions of 2 1/2 hrs but it still freaks me out that we are at the "kinder" stage. Next thing we will have to decide on is school - so crazy! The years just seem to be powering by, could they just slow down a bit?
Jo I think things are are a little different in NSW not sure we call it kinder at this stage but early preschool preschool being mofre 3/5-5 years Will has been going to long day care 3 days a week this year as I am working Thursday and Friday and have a me day on Wed which has been my godsend with health and with my folks being away. I will have to book WIll into school at the begining of next year as we live in a village type are but have the biggest school in the town. The earlier they know numbers the more funding and likley hood they can put new buildings ets in. We are thinking about making his wednseday a day at actual preschool though the year after for a more formal setting. We run a fantastic pre school profram at the centre where I work but am still tossing up about conflict of interest int he centre if he attends. Others have done it but not sure how I feel yet.It is rather scary isnt it to think that we are talking school and celebrating 2nd babies on here seems like only yesterday when we were cheering Caitlins arrival as the first of us *L*
Congrats Prama. I hope you are enjoying your new baby girl.
Jo: Jacinta is in full-time daycare and they have a kindy program there so I don't know that we'll be sending her to kindy (kinda) at all.
She's just started at a new daycare (again) this week because we've moved house (well, moved out of our house and are staying with family until 4th September when we move into our new place). Unlike her previous daycare, the new centre she's at has a room between the toddler and kindy rooms called "pre-kindy" and then the kindy room they do things like learning the basics of reading and writing and the activities in the kindy room are very much based around the first year (reception in SA) of school so that when the kids start school it wont be as much of a shock to them.
We've had a massive word explosion here. Except with that also comes a very strong will. We're getting a lot of "I don't want to" statements and screaming when she doesn't get her own way. Most annoying!
Bron - I only think it would be a conflict if you were in the same room as him and even then I am sure you would not treat him differently it would be just about what the other parents perceive.
Danni - I hear you on the strong will. Caitlin's 1st response to any question is an automatic NO until she thinks about it and decides that she would like to do it and then changes her answer. We have just got back from Hawaii where she had both mine and Marks full attention for 2 weeks and alot of the holiday was about what she wanted to do so we have had some interesting stand offs since we have been home, but she seems to be coming around now! I love it that we can now have a conversation with her and you can see her thinking about what she wants to say. So cute :)
hi girls,
thanks for your wishes. will update soon.
am very tired, had a feed and she chucked it up so anticipated she'll wake up again in an hr. i've forgotten what's it's like.

Hey girly look at you on BB already bless. Hope its all going well cant wait for pics and names. Take care of you and enjoy xxx
Hey guys.
How are we all? Hope all the pregnancies are going good :)
Prama, I hope that gorgeous girl is being good to you
Well I'm due in 4 days. Hoping I'll go sometime over the long weekend though. Probably asking a bit much wanting convenience, lol.
Had a few cramps last night, but nothing exciting. Taking Jesse to see the hot rods in town tomorrow, so will be doing as much walking as possible.
OMG... watching Wild Hogs...lmfao!
All the best Clover. Hope you go soon.
I can't believe how quiet we've all been.
Jazz is talking so much now, in the space of just about a week and a half she's gone from speaking unclearly to now having fully conversations that we can totally understand. She's even starting to throw less tantrums now too, still gets upset when she doesn't get her own way, but we've found that if we just gently explain in detail to her why she can't have or do something then she usually responds quite well, often just saying "Ok, I wont do that" and then goes off and does something else.
skye - not long now! how are you feeling? you must tired esp since it's school holidays. have been thinking of you but havent had much time on BB. hope you have a quick labour.
we are well, Githanjali's growing really quickly. and we're tired from the broken sleep. ah well, eventually she'll sleep through,
I'm looking forward to all those sleepless nights Prama...
I actually have the girls out Dubbo for a bit of a holiday with the IL's & was hoping baby would've been here by now & we'd have some sort of routine happening, but, no. They'll be back about Thursday. I was going to get DH to take the first week off work, but if she comes this week I'll get him to wait & take next week off, the first week the girls are back at school. Would be easier then I think. I'll need him more. Lets hope she comes soon, coz i'm over waiting!!
Jesse's growing up so fast lately! He's decided its time to TT all by himself! He goes between the toilet & garden, lol. He only got the guts to give the toilet a go last night, so its all still new, but he's so proud of himself. i have a step in there for him & keep the seat up so he can go all by himself. That little thing just clicked about a week ago & now he know's & yells out wee before running off. So cute! I'm so, so proud. Not bad timing either...lets just hope it sticks. He does still ask for a nappy for poo though, lol.
how are you going hun.. hope bub comes soon. xoxoxo
Bored with waiting, lol. Mum's stuck with flooded roads now & can't get in, so might happen soon, just for the inconvenience.
Hi Guys,
Just thought i would stick my head in here and see if anyone is around.
Been a pretty terrible time for me lately (but really whats new in my life) seems that everything that can go wrong will..
All is well with the baby though and thats the main thing.
Skye - congratulations on the birth of Peaceful :) cant wait to see pics and hear how you are doing.
Prama how are you coping? things settled into normality yet? how is Poopy doing with his new sister?
Bron - bet you are glad that Bathurst is all over and you have your town back - hope you have a nice holiday
Danni - hope you are well
Xo
Hey guys.
Hope you are OK SJ.
We are home today. Had little Summer early on Sunday morning. About to go do our birth story :)
I'll be around today SJ, if not, tonight or in the morning x
oops i got the name wrong, sorry Skye, I remember when u re pg with Jesse that you liked Summer... Sorry
Must have been the way that you wrote it in the post on FB that i got muddled... honestly not hard for me at the moment pg brain is in full gear.
Hooray!! congrats skye - witha perfect baby born on the 10th of the 10th of the 10th!!!!
Am so happy for you, she's just gorgeous!!
sJ - sorry things aren't so good. am here to talk if you;d like. let me know if there's anything at all... xoxoxo
thanks for asking. we;re exhausted with 2 kids, Lakshman is great with his little sister, he seems to adore her heaps, kissing her all the time and comforting her if she cries. he was trying to read a book to her yesterday. and the other day, Steve was in the kitchen and i was getting his bath ready (Lakshman;s not Steve's!) and she started to cry and we came out to see him rocking her bouncer saying, EEthanjali, what's wrong, dont kwai...
but we have to keep an eye on him as he can rock the bouncer too hard and lean too close to her or press on her when he wants to kiss her. so far he's been ok, wait till she encroaches into his space.
but it's exhausting the day i have both of them. i need to keep him occupied so much esp when im feeding her as he tends to want to cuddle and kiss her and can be rough and sometimes pulls her off the breast unintentionally. so i have to resort to the TV to keep him focused so i feel so guilty about that.
i havent ventured out w both of them by myself yet, and my mum left last week so it's a bit harder. but having her alone when he's in day care is so easy. what a change from #1.. those days having Lakshman alone was hard work. 2 kids put things into perspective.
Skye - hats off to you with 3, now 4 kids. it's so much hard work.. you are a fantastic mum.
SJ - also how are things w work and DH. is he still working long hours? DSS must be estatic with his new "sister" (maybe?)
take care all.. xoxoxoxx
Life is very busy for me. Had a mini-meltdown the other day which I think was just all the stress of going through 4 jobs this year, moving house, starting a business, having a toddler etc finally got to me - but I've sorted through that and am all good now.
Dealing with a friend and her husband who have just split up and both me and her husband are discovering all the lies she's told both of us and he confirmed she has a split personality disorder which makes total sense. So anyway!
Last night we tried a timeout corner - and I was very surprised to discover that it actually worked! She totally understood, sat in the corner until I told her she could come out - huffed and puffed about it mind you but still!
Hoping over the weekend to get intensively into toilet training and then daycare have said that if all goes well they can continue with the intensive TT for us. They're putting some info in the parent pocket today to help us get started.
We've pretty much decided to wait at least another 2.5 years before thinking about TTC#2, but still haven't fully decided if we will ever have another kid. We'll re-visit and discuss properly when Jazz is 5 unless we both want to try before. If we both still don't want to when she's 5 then I don't think we will have another kid at all.
We're going to do some sums and see if it's a viable option for Matt to sell his business and be a proper full-time dad. Jazz would leave daycare, he would do about 90% of the housework and I can focus on my career(s). If we can afford to then I'm happy to do it. He's a lot more level headed now than when he was going through that depression after Jazz was born.
Congratulations Skye. Glad to hear that Summer has finally arrived!
SJ - We don't have anything on Fridays if you ever want to catch up for a coffee and chat. I hope that things come good for you soon. I hope that you are feeling well with your pg, 16 weeks already, that has gone fast (I assume not for you though!)
Prama - Glad to hear things are going well with the kids. I am sure that once you get out a few times with them both, it wont be so daunting!
Danni - Good luck with the toilet training. Caitlin did really well for a month and then regressed and now refuses to even sit on the toilet so we are waiting a couple of months before giving it another crack. Both of the 3yo kinder places she is attending next year prefer them to be TT so hopefully she will be more responsive next time round!
We are counting down the weeks now, 5 weeks tomorrow until Gump is due. I am now officially the most pregnant I have ever been! We did have a little deja vu scare at 33 weeks where I lost my mucous plug, but so far Gump is staying put. Caitlin was born 4 days after I lost my plug last time so we were on high alert!

Just thought I'd share :)
Wow congrats Skye she has finally arrived and must say love the name lol :) Hope all is going well with you all xo
All is great here at the moment kids are great and have met a really amazing person. Summer is growing up so fast
Just a short one for now trying to get these girls up for school it is a major mission to get Codie motivated in every possible way lol she is a very cranky morning person...
Talk soon lovely ladies hope you are all well xoxoxoxox
Thanks Jo, but i am working on Fridays :( would have been great to catch up. OMG 5 Week sto go, that has flown by, not for you i am sure.
Hopefully Gump feel no need to make an early entrance into the world!
We are about to start night TT with MJ, (she has been daytime dry since December of last year which has been fantastic) now that the weather is starting to warm up.
Prama, what a juggling act it is, i am looking forward to it, but really scared at the same time!
Skye: beautiful story. Well done Mumma!!!
Trina great to hear from you
AFM: I will get there, just feeling sorry for myself at the moment and its all taking a toll, not sleeping, high stress and everyone elses sh#t to deal with... Dont listen to me though, just nice to get it out. Sorry for dumping
Hi All,
Just thought I'd pop in and let you know that we had a little boy Campbell Nicholas on 20.10.2010. We was born at 35w6d but is a decent size, is eating well and looks a lot healthier than Caitlin did. I came home from hospital today and we are hoping that Campbell will be able to come home by the end of the week. He came out of the isolet crib today so it is a step in the right direction.
I hope you are all well xx
Huge congrats Jo. Sounds like you did a good baking job :)
Congrats Jo! Hope he's home soon.
hi jo, great news!!! so so happy for you!!!! glad he's doing well, his weight's pretty good. he's a champion, he'll be home soon. take care.
im so happy for you!!
OH yay babies babies everywhere congrats girls such great news and love all their names!!
Sj bathurst is back to normal so to speak*L) We actauly left on the SUnday of the race for a weeks hols in Boomernag beach so didnt have to put up with too much. HOls were ok crap weather coudlnt use the pool got light so early Will was up at 5.30 each morning and we were both super super exhasuted. Blue bottles all over beach when we did get down there made life interesting but none the less it was a different four walls to our own.
Came back off hols tummy was covered in little blood dots and I knew where that was heading so went to have a blood count and they count get anything out of me and i bruised. I wen thome had a soak in the bath that night go tout to brush my teeth and had a mouth full of blood blisters. It was 10.30 WIll was asleep and Nick had had 2 beers with the boys at work so I drove myself up to cas. Hm wasnt that fun platlettes of 14,000 and they gave me prednisone ( after 1 hour of the young doc not belvieng my history). So rushed tripped to RPA in Sydney the next day to meet new Doc as old Prof has reitred ( I was shattered I loved him) Into hospital on Thursday for 3 days of infusions. They gave them to my in out paitinets so I could go home each night. BUt it took 12 hours each day and 3 canuals a day due to crap veins. Slept all day Sat backed up Monday was exhasusted. Talked to Doc about tretments etc and what I wanted to have he does not want me to have another pregnancy anyway all been a bit screwy on the head and very emotional as they are abit panicy. Was due to see Doc this Thursday to decide on next course of treatment.
Wed morning I am covered and I mean from head to toe in little red dots and bruises form canulas and anything I touch so I go have bloods done..call path and they cant even get machine to count them they do a manual count and I have less than 1000 ( normal is between 150,000- 450,000) I have never been this low and had so many symptoms have had spontaneous bleeding from everywhere. I have a little breakdown in the shopping cnetre with mum a little embarassing walking round in tears. She calls Doc he says dont panic just dont go anywhere do anything rest see him at appointment. ( he musnt have a 2 year old)
Ok we get to this Friday. I have to get my mum to take me to cas as I feel like fainting and have this constant feeling of vertigo and starting to really get scared.Admitted straight away they take 3 hours trying to get a canula they had 5 goes then got an ultrasound and put a pice line in which is threaded from my elbow up through my chest. 5 of them standing round me trying to find veins and shaking their heads.Count up to 7000 and on HUGE does of prednisone now and feel like my head is in a vice. MUm has been great and had Will while Nick worked ( have had to have so much time off have run out of leave so need the money) So $5000 worth of infusions didnt work and now they are arguing over cost of new meds and who will pay the $20,000 it will cost. Gonna be a fun week.
Have cried my heart out ..not about being sick but being told there is a very very real possibiliy I will not be able to have another baby and the thought that something serious can happen atm. ( dont you love it when your Doc says did you drive here?? you know if you had an accident you would have died or your brain could bleed) great bedside manner he has.Rationally I know I need to be alive and healhty to look after the little miracle I already have but am gutted. I had also made the big decision to have lap band surgery next year which has been a really big thing and now dont know if that can happen either so feeling rather poo atm sorry for the huege epic story and moan.
prama the pics of your 2 are just precious they are a lot a like i Hope its all going ok.

I am thrilled for you all with new babies in your arms and it reminds me what a miracle they are we are so lucky to be mummies to 1 or to 4.
Nice to see all your names xxxxxxxxxxx
bron - oh hugs.. i dunno what to say. i hope things can get better and you'll be able to have children. it's all so scary and crazy.
i wish i could say something to make you feel better.
take care hun, would love to catch up again when you are better. xoxoxox
Bron, I'm so sorry you are going through all that.
Hope your next holiday is better. Blue bottles suck!
All good here, apart from llack of sleep & reflux.
Jesse is now fully TT through the day. Makes life so much easier! While he is really jelouse, (throwing toys, blocking toilets, saying naughty words, like stupid, lol & spitting for attention) he loves her & calls her princess all the time :) He's just really sick of not being able to have what he wants when he wants coz I'm always busy with Summer. He's not doing too bad though.
We got a free classy dinner last night. My sister works at a really upper class resteraunt in town & the boss invited her down for dinner. She asked if we wanted to come so she wasn't alone, but then had to work at the last minute, so it was just us. Walked in & the boss says 'your family, my family. Free, its all free' lol. They do things like roo, crocadile, & other different things. Can't remember what else.
Was so good. So much better being free, lol. So we decided that was our anniversary dinner. Since we've been married 4 years on Thursday. Least we can say we did something. Would probably have just been a text message otherwise, lol.
Anyway, miss is back asleep, so I best try catching up too. Coz I never do any other time.
Later girls xx
Hey girls just a quick update. Things still a bit hows your father here with another week of infusions after my count dropped. Orange base denied my meds but RPA in SYdney said yes. SO I had my first low dose of chemo yesterday in their clinic down there which was so very depressing and very emotionaly Politics ahs deemed I must have the drugs in their hospital as they are paying the $20,000 for them so I have to go down each Tuedsay for the next month. UP here we have a beautiful building called Daffodill cottage which is a warm caring and homely environment to have your treatment in. Yesterday was like a dairy with 30 people at a time being hooked up and having chemo. I am counting my blessings..I am lucky so very lucky not to be having the doses they are nor the diseases it was very humbling. So will not be complaining about having to go to Sydney will just ge ton with it and hope to be on the mend a bti more before xmas gets here.
I do hope all the new bubbas are behaving themselves and mummas looking after yoursleves.Sammie hope you are taking care of you x Hope everybody else is doing ok too sorry its about me for the mo just thought I would let you know. xx
bron - thanks for popping in.. sorry to hear you are going through so much more again.
will you have to come to every tues in dec? that's a fair way to travel..
we are all ok here, just tiring with both kids.
been thinking of you heaps, clover and sj..
