Hi all
Wow you all been talking up a storm. I have been coming on and reading but just havent had time to post. Been abit busy. Just finished cleaning the house and some washing and just about to read abit before callum is due to come home. Liam is in bed and sleeping and im stuffed. He was very unsettled last night. I fed him at 10.30pm then he woke at 11.30 with the worst pains I have ever seen him in. Poor little thing. I gave him some infant friend to see if that would help and he did some burps but still was screaming. And I mean screaming. I was getting all worried myself. In the end after about 45 mins of screaming and pacing up and down the hall, I gave him some panadole. After about 20mins he drifted off. Then he woke at 4.50am and was in bed with me untill callum came in at 5.45. So abit tired but just glad he is ok. I was really starting to worry as he has never been like that. So I think I will relax. Ive just got some chicken wings in the fridge marrinating and will have them with mash potatos and salad.
Well sorry no personals.

Mez: I hope Isabel gets better soon hun, poor thing! YAY for DH being home!
Missy: You've been a busy girl today!! Poor Liam, hope he is feeling ok tonight do you think he is coming down with something or just had a bad pain?
:welcome: Sweetpea! Reaghan is a gorgeous name! She sounds like a great little sleeper! And so strong too! My DS was standing with support at that age whereas DD isn't even rolling yet, suits me though least I know when I put her down she will stay there haha.
Kristy: Hope you get a good night sleep!
KK:
I am writing out a list of everyone who has replied with all the details, when everyone was replied (I have sent a couple of msg's for more info). Hopefully everyone who wants to be in it has replied by say Thursday so Friday I will draw the names and email everyone who they have.
Thanks everyone who commented on the photos, Ash is really starting to get her own look now I think, my fav pic of her is the one with the headband, I took another one of her today in a different headband so cute! Today while we were shopping, she was laying flat in the pram and was doing tummy crunches, she was really digging her elbows in to push up. I got it on video so I just have to work out how to put that on to FB! Well I better go to bed, Ashlea has been waking at 6am lately no matter what time I dream feed her!

Morning!
Mez... Thanks hun.. hope Izzy gets better soon hun.
Missy... oh dear poor Liam.. how was he last night? Hope you got some sleep. Keira been doing a similar thing lately, but its when something has startled her, or woke her from her sleep. She cries hysterically, screaming and that. I wonder if it is they are teething and are a bit touchy. Wonder if Liam is the same?
sweetpea.. welcome to our group :) lol yes we move fast in here some days.
Tannis.. oh i love the pic of Ash sitting on the jumping castle on FB.. so cute!
Pixie.. thanks so much hun.Yeh its just hard to work out how to get rid of it is all. DH thinks im drinking too much caffeine.. so am gonna give that a go in cutting it down.. but i love my coffee and Pepsi so will be hard! lol.. but yeh its not a nice feeling. Thanks for your support. Oh enjoy your cake! Have some for me! Hope Bear brings home some nice pressies for you!
Well, my anxiety aint getting any better. As i mensioned to pixie.. im going to cut down on the caffeine a bit and see if that makes any difference. What doesnt help is when im already feeling crap, mum mensions to me that her thyroid problem can be hireditory (sp), causes alot of anxiety and she was just tested for cancer (came back ok). Great. Thats what i really need to hear.. thanks mum.
Home day here too.. have a load of washing on and another to do. Keira's asleep and Jess is eating his breaky. House still pretty clean from last weeks inspection so just going to have a lazy one.

Hi guys :grouphug:
Welcome Sweetpea, I'm a ring in too with this group.
Kel - I've been having so much coffee lately - its incredible.. lol....I get panic attacks too..
Had a shocker on Sunday night - DD kept waking up was so unsettled - think we had 2 hours sleep all night - then had to go to work yesterday!!!! Had to pick her up early too cos she had a temp and was generally miserable. She didn't go to sleep until 6.30 last night (had been awake since noon!!) and then woke up at 8.00 - so we gave her another feed, she fell asleep - and then woke briefly at 1.30, resettled and woke at 6am!! So not sure what was going on Sunday night - we could hear her little belly going nuts and she was farting a lot... so maybe the homeopathic drugs had started to weaken... got a new lot yesterday so fingers crossed she will be back to her old self. She does have a cold though - developed a cough with it too.
Hello to everyone else - I should go play with my boy since DD is asleep. I know he wants to go out and play with the puppy dogs, so should probably entertain him since he is still getting over his pneumonia.
I'll be back later.. hopefully...
Oh - and no rolling here either...
-
Kristy: Good morning! If you have a tornado behind you now whats it going to be like when the twims are mobile?? I have a tornado too...he's still sleeping though!
Pix: Yum.....I want some cake! Hope Bear brings you back a pressie!
Kell: We are here for you hun, hopefully its just the caffeine and you can cut down. I used to be a real coffee junkie until Jayden was born, since then I have only had 2 cups but I drink coke/pepsi. YAY on your lazy day!
Mel: Poor Mehkelti! Hope the new drugs fixes her up. Funny how we function (even if its barely) off little sleep hey. Ash woke up at 3am for a feed this morning which is unlike her, I'm thinking just a growth spurt although her last feed was 10pm which is a lot earlier than normal.
Well I feel very lucky ATM, although Ash was awake at 3am and woke again at 6.30am for another feed she is back to sleep now and Jayden hasn't woken up yet and its nearly 9am! He has had some pretty late nights lately (Sat night nearly midnight!). So I am showered, dressed(for home not if I have to go out) and had my breakfast. I should go put a load of washing on....I'll be back later
-
Good morning!
Loads of chatting in here. WOW!
Hey, Sweetpea! Welcome to the group. Gorgeous name your DD has. My DS2 loves to stand while holding our fingers.
Feeb - How's everything going? How's that cute boy of yours doing?
Tan - YAY! the kiddies are sleeping and you get time for yourself. woohoo! Thanks for the PM about the KK. I'm sorry I won't be able to be in it. I feel so so bad. :(
Kell - I hope cutting down the caffine helps with your anxiety. Fingers crossed it's nothing serious.
Pixie - I'm glad you enjoyed the pampering. That's great. Poor Bear having a tough time feeding Beth. Yeah, MIL is a PITA! I was glad to see the back of them.
Missy - I hope everything is ok with Liam. Your christmas photos on FB are so goregous!!
Zee - I didn't know you were from Young. I've heard of it. I've never been there. Unlucky Luke didn't win Idol. He did so well and improved so much throughout the comp. Your new photos on FB was awesome. Laila looks so so grownup. So sweet!! I hope you get the bleeding checked out.
Mez - I hope Izzy gets better soon. The day/nights must be wearing you out heaps. You're doing a fantastic job!!!
Kristy - Did you get Issac's eyes tested? Everything go alright? How cute the twins talking to each other. My twin sister and I used to do that, then when we got older we kinda had convos in our sleep.
Mel - DD is back to her usual self in no time. Did you get DD's head checked out? I hope everything is going fine.
Bear - Have a safe trip!!
SW - Not long now until the big move. Are you excited? nervous?
Tasia - How're you doing? How's your little man? Have you guys started trying again? (Tenny being nosey again. I'm sorry. )
Re: Rolling - We're still only half way over with the rolling deal. He likes to just roll on his side so he can see everything better I think. He's not liking tummy time anymore either
I was holding him up sitting yesterday and he thought that was so awesome. Laughing and smiling and looking at DS1. He thought he was great and realised he could se everything way better.
Had a rough night last night with DS1. He has a cold but wouldn't have any dimetapp last night, so I let him go to bed without it. BIG MISTAKE. He was awake on and off all night and whinging over the silliest things. Calling out to me to pick his pillow up, even though he could reach it himself... just things like that. So that woke DP up too, and Hayden got woken a few times aswell, but luckily went back to sleep.
He'll probably fall asleep this arvo sometime and ruin tonights sleeping too.
Lately Bubbablue has been right into staring at us eating. He makes this noise too. It's not so much whinging noises but this other noise. He even stares when we just have a drink, like he watches it go to our mouth and back down. I think he'll go alright foodwise. We're thinking of starting him soon too.
What are you all getting your kid(lets) for christmas? I'm having the hardest time with ideas and DP isn't helping any. :wall:
:hello: to anyone I've accidently missed.
Sorry it's a long one. I rambled heapsss.
xx
-
Tenny: Don't feel bad at all hun! I hope DS1 gets better soon too, poor boy! Ashlea is getting mainly clothes from us, a tinkerbell canvas for her room and a 2008 xmas bear. Jayden is getting heaps of clothes, wiggles guitar and accordian, mcqueen & ramone cars (matchbox size), matchbox size semi trailer and we are building a big sandpit in the next couple of weeks (hopefully).
-
I never would have thought I'd have so much trouble thinking of things to buy my own kidlets. Lol. I'm thinking of some kinda outdoor sport stuff or something like that for Elijah.
Good luck with the building of the sandpit.
-
Tenny - don't feel bad - buying a kid a present isn't a prerequisite for being our friend!!
Re: Xmas presents for our kids - none, zero, ziltch. Yup. Mean house this one.
I think our amp is dying - the music on tv is loud and the words spoken are really soft
Damn DS is trashing a DVD.. so frustrating - i'm stuck on the couch feeding her and he is trashing it and complaining that he wants to watch it :wall: He knows how to change the dvds and put it on, but prefers to sit there holding it and whinging about it *sigh*
I need patience today. Been sneezing my head off - and nothing makes me more cranky than that!!!
-
hello...
well it seems i have been cleaning all day and getting nowere. its all those little things that keep annoying me.
Tannis- i can imagine, i recon it would kinda be like one of those mega storms where 3 tornados collide and destroy everything in their path. that is the reason we have been making a play room out of a double gerage out the back. so they can go wild.
kell- you know i am here for you mate. your such a great mum. hopefully it will pass soon, We can hang out and chat whenever you need to, my door is always open.
looking forward to tomorrow i know the boys and keira will have a great time. I think cutting back on caffine might be an idea too. we both probably should.
Mel- oh isaac does that to DVD's too its so frustrating. he rips off the covers. hehe ike can also work our DVD player he just doesn't know how to switch from TV to DVD so he gets sound thru the sterio but no picture so than he chucks a wobbly. toddlers Grrr
Pixie- i hope you don't miss bear too much. how long is he going for? enjoy you coffee and cake too. yummo. i think i need to make some more.
if you need to feed you kiddies extra veggies i have been makind Carrot / zuchini and saltana or date etc muffins Isaac LOVES them for a snack and Im just happy he is getting a litle more veg.
It's: 2 cups SR flour- 2/3 cup caster sugar- 1ts cinnamon- 2 med grated carrots- 1 large grated zuchini- 1/2 cup saltana or chopped dates or both- mix all together in a bowl...mix 100g melted butter -2 eggs- 1/2 cup milk together... lightly mix dry and wet together put in minni muffin pans cook 180-200deg app 15-20 mins. its yummy and at least its healther than a choc chip or something.
Tennykins- oh hope DS1 is better soon. yep i learnt the hard way to force dimetap if they dont want it. at least they and you get a better nights sleep. tho now he is older isaac likes all that stuff he thinks dimadon is a treat.
and ree christmas gifts- the boys are getting a swing set (from my mum) and santa is bringing little toys. isaac= trucks, music stuff, cars, play doh, wiggles games, toy gardening stuff etc and the twins= walkers a sit in one and also a push along one, clothes, baby music toys, sand pit stuff, baby swings for the swing set. isaac has most toddler stuff so the twins are getting more necessity stuff this year they already have isaacs old toys that are still all good.
better get back to work.

OMG you all talk so much....lol
Just had friends over for morning tea/lunch and it was lovely. I let Callum have the day off day care so he could meet their kids. I had 6 kids all up and it was nice. House got trashed but cleaned it up and its back to norm. Both kiddies are asleep so going to read my book some more.
Welcome Sweetpea, Reaghan stats are great. I was in yoru thread too much to slow plus these are the girls from my belly thread. Welcome hun.
