We had santa pics done on monday you can see it on facebook!! Jacob refused to sit as he wanted to stand in jump instead Lol!!! He has always loved standing on for about 8 weeks can push himself to standing while holding our fingers!
we have been pretty good, having a rather trying few hrs in evenings when he just screams hipitched!!!

Missy: Hope you finally got your ironing done....I haven't touched my iron since I was working I think, I hate ironing! It hasn't rained here yet so its probably time I got the clothes off the line, on the radar it showed that it went just past Bundy so I don't think we'll get any at all.

Mez: YAY for Isabel being so good for her needles, I thought they weren't meant to get them if they had a cold though?? I could be wrong though.
Sweetpea: Ashlea has woken at 3-4 the last 2 mornings too although she has fed and fallen asleep within 20-30mins...wonder if its a growth spurt??
Ashlea had a bit of a temp last night (37.6) so I was thinking she is just waking cause of a cold or something. I gave her dymadon but she spat most of it out.
I better go settle Ash, she just woke up but is still really tired.

Hey folks .... had a nice walk this morning! Bit overcast so nice and cool but it didn't rain. Then went to the shops to buy a nappy bag and some new pj's for little miss. Agreed to go to a pump class on monday with some of the MG girls so that will be a bit :o cause I haven't done a pump class before.....
Missy my bro and his g/f were in town for a little while they live in mission beach qld and also in canada - they have a house in each place, so I don't see them that much.
Zee no worries hon, when you have a chance! meant to say that the Bear's best friend is from Young so we have been there a few times to visit him at his Mum's place... we had Christmas in July there this year.
Mez the Bear is only away till Friday bummer about your DH going to Vietnam so soon, but yay that its the last trip of the year!
SW - OMG I can't believe Alyssa's on the move already! Beth hasn't quite worked out how to get around but you can see she is frustrated over it!
Tan = Beth did that a couple of times in a row and then went back to sleeping through so not sure if she wasn't well or just having a growth spurt :dunno:
Anyway guess I'd better go do something useful :rolleyes: while DD is asleep!

Ooh I forgot to mention, my LC called me yesterday and left a msg to say she wanted to talk to me about something. I called her back and she has asked (again) if I would speak with her ante-natal class about breast feeding! I said no last time but then felt bad so this time I said yes! I am so nervous though I hate talking in big groups, hopefully its a small group and she said they will ask me questions and I just have to answer them which will be easier.

Tenny/Zee/Tannis.. no i usually treat it when it comes up.. that way it doesnt get too bad and is easy treated and gone. Hers is gone from that one application of sorbelene last night. I just lather it on and leave it for a few hours. Then washed it off with the J&J Top To Toe (use whatever you wash their hair with) and kinda gently scrubbed (while shampoo was in) with a face washer.. washed it off.. then just towel dried it and its all gone. Same worked for Jesse. His was a little worse and i think i had to do it twice but works a treat.
Ok gotta shower the boy, we're running a bit behind today.. BBL

santa pics went great. Isaac did well, wasn't exactly thrilled but we got a smile at least. i'll post it up.

we had a great day with kell today, we met another friend we know (not a BB member) and played in a play centre for a few hours. had a great time, Isaac was exhausted and is sound asleep.

I'm laying on the bed with ashlea ATM, and she is nearlly rolling over to watch tv! So much like her brother! She pushing her feet against my leg.

Sweetpea.. oh hope she gets back into her routine soon. I know, when my DS or even Keira wake during the night, just that broken sleep knocks you around hey.
Tenny.. oh i know its hard.. and i think only gets harder as they get older.. and more expensive! Keira is at that age where its hard to know what to buy for too. Jesse just stuff he can physically play with is whats the hit atm.. things for outside.
Zee.. oh ok re the rod. I wonder if it works like the pill though. When i went to see my doc about mine the other day she told me you dont ovulate on the pill, as it causes your body to not let them mature or create. So i wonder how or when they would get your eggs? interesting stuff!
Mez.. oh good girl izzy with her needles! Could be her teething causing her red bum. Jesse use to get the worst nappy rashes when teething. I found Lucas's Papaw Ointment the best stuff for it.
Missy.. aint you getting very christmasy with your colours! i love it! :D
Mel.. hope your DH gets better soon and you guys dont get it.
Oh hmmm.. i dont want to say it too loud cos im not happy about it! lol.. well in a sense.. Keira is starting to crawl. What the hell is she thinking!!!!!!!!!!! She gets on her stomack, leans on her arms, lifts her bum, up on her knees and pushes forward. So like commando crawling. I was telling DH last night to stop her cos i really dont want her crawling... not yet.. shes not even bloody 4 months old. What am i going to do with all of Jesses toys!!! :doh:
Ok.. washing machine is beeping at me.. the bottles are in the sink soaking and need to be washed.. going to make some muffins today mmmmmmm.. Jesse doesnt want to eat breaky and stinks like poop :rolleyes: so i think i better get crackin.. BBL

Awwww well another sh&t night. Liam is just screaming the house down. I think he is getting 1 tooth but cant be sure. I can see like a dot on the bottom left side in the front. I cant think of anything else it could be. Maybe he wants a bottle too but dont really want him going back the having a bottle in the night as ill be starting him on solids soon. Is that slack of me?????????????????????

Sweatpea I think our kids are planing it. Maybe she is teething too or just wanting cuddles. Its hard when you dont know what is wrong. I hope they settle real soon.

Hi all,
Hope everyone is having a good morning. Just as I thought I had cought up an all the washing dd#2 threw up all over her bed and floor so have spent the morning washing that and trying to clean the carpet.
Reaghan had a better sleep last night which was good she went to bed at 8pm woke at 11 for a feed and then slept till 6 (only woke then becuase of DD#2 coming in to tell me she had been sick). I figured out why her sleep was off a bit got dam af again, I looked back at the last time she started waking and it was when af came. So now I know to lookout for it and understand she gets crumpy then.
Tannis, maybe it is another growth spurt, she did manage to sleep from 1130pm-7am last night so hopefully that means she is heading to sleeping well again. I hope Ashlea is better now hun.
Kellx: she slept better last night but I was woken by my dd#2 at 6am saying she had been sick all over her bed. Can't win either way.
Missy: I have had to resort to feeding bub again in the night she was going from 8pm-7am but now having to feed atleast once in that time, I don't mind if it is at 9 or 10pm but at 3 or 4 in the morn that just stuffs me.

Missy - Maybe Liam is getting teeth. I'd be the same about giving Bubbablue a bottle in the nighttime now. I'm definately not going back to that. When are you thinking about starting solids?? I almost got some farex yesterday, but didn't. In a way I want to start feeding him it, but then I don't wanna cause then I have to admit he's gorwning too fast. :P
Tan - I hope Ash is better today. Have a great time at the christmas party!
Kell - I might lather up Bubbablue before his bath tonight, it might help get rid of it completely. DS1 hardly even got cradlecap so I wasn't sure if I should just leave it or not. YAY (but then not YAY for Keira starting to do the commado crawl thingie.
Pixie - I'm glad your walk went great. Good luck with the pump class. I've never done anything like that before but one day I'd like to aswell as finding someone to go with me. lol.
Sweetpea - I hope your DD2 is feeling better. It's always the way with the washing, just when you've caught up something always happens and the washing is back to double again.
Kristy - Fantastic photos! You look amazing and your boys look so so handsome. I don't know how you get them to co-operate like that. I have trouble with mine, mostly DS1 though. Lol.

We're all sick here now. DS1 managed to spread it to all of us. Bubbablue had a restless night and is all stuffed up + cough. But he slept in till I thought I'd wake him at 10.
DP is home sick from work with it, and I've got it too. The thing is DP doesn't do anything while he's sick except moan and groan, where as me I have to do everything. I don't even complain like he does. What is it with men. They're practically dying when they have the smallest little sniffle.
What makes it worse MIL called just before so he was acting sicker then he has been around me. :rolleyes:
Anyways, I'm making a cake. Nothing fancy just a Golden butter cake. It smells yummm.
I shouldn't be eating cake, but what the hell.

Tennykins thanks he is very adorable!!! Jacob rolled a few times about 3 months and since he only goes half way !!! Ohh i hear u on men being sick dh had a cold last week and thought he was dieing!!!!

Well we have been busy today, I've vacuumed, mopped and even done some washing and hung them out. Drove DH to the airport for his trip to Vietnam and pretty much just having a cuppa tea now with a slice of custard tart yummo. Tomorrow I'm taking Isabel to take her first photo with Santa so I'm hoping she'll be in a happy mood.

Well i have been a busy bee this morning. lol
Did the washing (just keiras stuff she likes to puke on) and also washed all the sheets.. baked DH some double choc muffins and Jesse some of Kristy's Carrot and Zucchini ones. Jesse loves them. He had 2 mini ones for lunch with some crackers and a banana smoothy. Hmmm.. well thats all ive done lol. Felt like alot more. Haha. Muffin baking just took a while. Need to tidy the lounge room as IL's are coming over this arvo to pick up Jesse's bike. We have it in the laundry but he keeps spying it in there and wants it. (its his christmas present). And we have no where else to put it that he wont see it.
Mez.. oh your ticker is gorgeous!!!! Thats such a cute pic!! Reminds me i need to do Keira in the clothes basket! Have one of Jesse like that too. Oh i know.. its funny.. with your first you cant wait for them to move and start doing stuff.. then with your second you dont want them ever to move. Just will be a battle with Jesse's toys and too many small parts. Think her time on the floor will be mostly in a play pen while hes awake. Oh cant wait to see Izzy santa pic! So cute!

Sweetpea.. oh no with your DD sick. Is she ok now? My DS had a BAAAD case of gastro a few months ago.. after reading on BB lately i actually even suspect it was Rotavirus.. wasnt fun. Hope she gets better soon. But yeh same in this house.. if its not one it the other!

Kel - wow about Kiera crawling! Beth has decided she wants to sit up ALL the time.... she gets frustrated on her back or her tummy and if I prop her up against the bolster pillows she tries to pull herself up... if I help a little she can sit up and stays there unsupported for a minute or two before going over sideways! O and I just got a cheap practical parenting one from kmart.... Its not that pretty but it fits a fair bit and I can hang it over the back of the stroller.
Missy - I know what was I thinking re the pump class! Ive told the other girls I'll go so I guess I will!
Tenny I'm hearing you on the cake.... might make that sultana teacake again it was nice... although I'm in the middle of making marmalade but its hard to finish without another pair of hands to help!

Mel - I'm with you, if DD wakes at night and makes a proper fuss I give her the BB...did it last night when she woke at 3.30 (that was my fault cause I gave her her last feed at 8.30 and and she fell asleep during it) ... it happens so rarely I usually assume it's a growth spurt
DD is in the rocker getting bounced and fighting sleep.... she is looking at me so resentfully... and pretending not to yawn!

Well dd#2 has not been sick since this morn thankgod, she is 5 and not good at being sick lol who is. I also kept dd#1 who is 8 home from school as she felt a bit dizzy and off and all I could think about was having to put them all in the car and one being sick and me having to clean it to. So we have had a home day today. Which meant doing more washing and also cooking a apple cake (this is for them to take to school for recess) beats brought crap anyday.
Krisy and Feeb your photos look great, I am hoping do some next time I have all 3 girls home on a weekend so that will be in proably two weeks time.
I put Reaghan in the jolly jumper earlier and she loved it had not done it since she was 3 months old. Gave me enought time to finish cooking. She has also got realy into rolling and moving around on her back or tummy (not looking forward to baby proffing soon) I wish she would stay a baby for longer lol as she is my last one, they grew to quick.
Well DH, bub and I are of to Sydney for the weekend DH has a course on so I get to entertain myself.
