    Question Balloon Feet

For the last 3-4 weeks of my pregnancy i had really swollen feet. Once Chelsea was born i thought they would go down.... but they havent! In fact they have gotten worse. They ache, are sore to touch and i seem to have lost hot/cold feeling in them. Always feeling numb

Has any one else has this problem?

I asked my nurse if this is normal and she said it can take up to 6-8 weeks for them to return to normal. But alot of people tell me they should be going down by now, but appears to be getting worse. I have another nurse visiting tomorrow so i think i might mention it to her and see what her ideas are on it.

    ME ME ME!!

My legs swelled up so much more just after having Alexzander. I had an identical pair of pants to wear to the ones I was wearing during labour & they were cutting in around my calves whereas 2 days before they were loose. It was just horrid. My ankles couldn't even bend they were just so swollen.

From memory it took about 3 weeks for them to be back to normal, but they went down quite a bit after about 10 days.
