Ultrasound - what does TR mean?

I just realised that I forgot to ask about something that I saw during my ultrasound on Thursday (to check for PCOS and/or any other issues)... I wrote it all on my blog but I meant to put it here too.

When the guy was marking what all the various "bits" were, he went through the normal ones - CX, Right Ovary, Left Ovary, Uterus... But there was one I didn't understand. TR. He was looking at my cervix at that point, and had a little bit of a worried look on his face and in his demeanour. My uneducated guess would be that it means "tear" but I'm not sure, really. He just seemed so interested in my cervix, when he was supposed to be looking at my ovaries, that it scared me a bit. It did look a little different from other "healthy" cervix ultrasound pictures I've seen...

Am I just worrying myself and being silly? Should I focus more on the fact that it took him quite a while to find my left ovary? Am I just being a
    drama queen like always?

ETA - Just re-read comments on my blog and someone suggested it could mean "transverse"... But I'm not sure that makes sense...
