    BF & Mini pill

Does anyone know if you get AF when on the mini pill? And if you are BF and stop taking the pill will it cause AF to return?

    Hi Angel,

I've been on the mp since 6 weeks and I still haven't got af so no it doesn't make you get it.
I assume if I stop it won't make me get it either though.....
    I'm also still bf.

I was on it since 6 weeks, no AF. I havent been on it for a week now 8-[ I dont think it makes any difference to AF coming back though...

LOL - just that I havent got around to getting my script filled out. I guess if I fell pg now that would be OK, we are tossing up the idea of not going back on it (assuming it wouldnt be too likely since AF hasnt even been yet)

Yup, my specialist wants us to try and complete our family in the next couple of years so I can have treatment for my thyroid Having AF back would make TTC much easier!

So is it likely that we are all ovulating with no AF? Or possible but not likely? I'm hoping AF comes back soon, just to have the option of TTC again.

I was always under the impression that it wasn't possible to regularly ovulate and not get AF. I have to make an appt to see my GP again soon so if I remember I'll ask him about it then.

I was reading a thread and I think Kelly (BellyBelly) said that she hasn't had af for years but conceived in that time so was in fact ovulating with no af....Hopefully she pops in to let us know...

I never thought I'd want to see af - hehe.
