Hey girls

I've just had my 2nd bub 12 wks ago and we've decided its our last bub. What my question is, is what birth control would be best for me until I get the chance to either get my tubes tied or for Corey to get the snip. Whats implanon like? Is the pill effective enough? I'm currently on a mono pill but I'm terrified I may get pregnant again(even though I have fertility issues ) We don't want to use condoms so we need something that is very effective. What are some options as I'm not really sure what there is in regards to birth control anymore!
