Becoming a mother is a massive upheaval in any womans life, and brings on so many new experiences and emotions that we never could have imagined. Its quite common for a lot of us to get the 'Baby Blues' during the first few weeks after our baby's birth. However, if our feelings of depression and our emotions aren't seeming to improve after some time, and we feel that we're just not coping, it may be a sign of something deeper, such as Post Natal Depression.
