Hi guys,

I'll try and explain myself as best as I can. After giving birth to Danielle I had about a 3 week bleed which was normal according to all the doctors. When Danielle was 10 weeks old I got AF back and I happened to be at the doctor with DH so I asked about going back on the Pill. I wasn't BF so all was OK for me to start. During those weeks after I first bled and after my first AF for about a month or so I was getting cramps during the middle of my cycle. Everyone told me that it was all normal. Eventually the cramps went away. I decided to skip my last AF but a week after it being due I got a break thru bleed which lasted 8 days (normal AF is 5-6 days and this time is was sometimes red, sometimes brown with clots and stringy bits - sorry if that's gross). Apparently I took my Pill wrong (I have different strengths depending where I am in my cycle but I never had a problem before I had Danielle) so I was told to go off the Pill, let my cycle return to normal and start the Pill fresh again. I've been off the Pill again now for a week and my cramps have come back in the last 2 days.

I've been tested to see if I was pregnant again but I'm not so what else could it be? What's wrong with me? Could there be something left behind from Danielle that's causing the cramps? Maybe an infection? I was told this was all normal before but seeing it's almost 6 months ago I gave birth to Danielle it doesn't seem so normal now.

Can someone please help - I'm scared somethings wrong!
