My bleeding stopped about a week and a half ago , it was only light brownish at that stage .
I am now 6 weeks exactly since Bub was born and I just went to the bathroom and there was light bleeding only when I wiped .
They said my placenta was all fine and didn't mention any problems at the hospital .
I have nothing else abnormal going on.

I got my period back at 3 months with DD1 so it's still seems to early for that ?

I have just started exercising again over last week and yesterday I did ramp it up with heavier weights , more squats , lunges Etc . Could that be it ?
