Before getting pregnant, I used to chart my cycle first for birth control and then for getting pregnant. Basically I would check my cervical fluid and take my basal body temp. every morning around the same time to figure out when I'd ovulate. How does this work after pregnancy? Has anyone had trouble taking accurate temps. due to waking up throughout the night to bf?
The reason I'm curious is that I've heard that bf is not a reliable form of birth control and I don't want to get pregnant again too soon.
