I just ordered two over the internet ... they are hot milk brand and tagged 10g and 10ff and are just a whisker too small in the cup but I'm on the 3rd hook of the band, so right in the middle of the hooks. They cut in around the armpit side too, but not dramatically.
The bras I have here are tagged 12f (but taken in at the back and so old the band is so loose it practically falls off me), a 32gg and 34g, all of which are much too big in the cup and all only the 32 fits in the band. But they are different brands.
Hot milk doesn't come any bigger than this - I could go to a 12 but I'm likely to lose a lot of weight and a 12 won't fit.
Do I return the hot milk ones and try again with another brand, or put up with them because I am likely to lose weight? I am almost 10kg overweight, I'm fitting into size 12 stuff at the moment. Bras are expensive so it is a real tossup whether to get bigger ones that still might not fit, or stick with these but have nothing that fits for a bit longer.
I can't go into a shop and try them on, its mail order or nothing. The shop is in Adelaide so the other half can pop in tomorrow and exchange them if need be, but he only visits Adelaide fortnightly.
You can get bra extenders - so I would go with the back that will ft you longest (the 10 and get an extender for now) and find the cup size that fits best, which by the sounds of it is upwards of a FF - so get a 10H or GG I would think.

: correction ;o
I have a 10g (several in fact) and the one that arrived today is too small! The band is fine though.
I've shot up from a 12e to the 12gg (thats a uk size) when my milk came in and then dropped at least two cup sizes once it settled, and of course dropped the band size from 12 to 10 as I shrunk, which is all very confusing if you ask me. I just want something that FITS and these two are soooo close ...
I tried them on when bubs was asleep for a while and he's awake now, it wouldn't surprise me if I try them on again when he's fed and they're too freakin big ... argh ... wouldn't be so bad if they cost less than $70 a pop, I could get a variety ...
ETA: I think what I need right now is someone with a clue to mess with straps and things of the ones I just bought ... they are only a fraction too small, there might be room to manouvre. You think the local breastfeeding guru would be any use with bra fitting?
And ETA again: I have a truly ridiculous range of bras here - everything from a D and up, in a mix of 10 and 12, but most are so old now the band on them is several inches too loose, and most are shedding lycra. Different babies feed differently and make for crazy different patterns of boob sizing, apparently ...

Sorry, that is mistyped - you should get a 10GG/H if you can find one.
You need to get fitted properly at a bra specialist - NOT bras n things - if you can't find one where you are, head to the Blest website and they tell you how to do a self fitting online
LOL that's a pretty big "if" there ... I looked at some ungodly number of websites - in and out of Australia - before I eventually found a store that even had the G in stock
Local boobie person says hang onto them, you'll definitely shrink - and get a bigger one too. But considering Hot Milk clearly runs small (Elle McPherson is also shocking for running small) and they don't come further up the alphabet, I have to get a different brand ...
The store I bought them from is allegedly calling me back.
Irritating thing is they are incredibly pretty bras I have here (google for "she blushes in delight") and the one I am currently wearing quite clearly looks like a frumpy beige harness from 10 years ago that is on the verge of falling apart at the seams from sheer old age.
I so understand!
I recently spend $600 on maternity bras...based on a fitting and the bras I have currently (a whole 2 of them) that fit me... But pressumably, underwire and no wire bras are a whole ssize different - cos only one of the ones I got actually fit cup wise! lol
