    Swelling

I had swelling in my legs and feet at the end of my pg and it hasnt gone away at all. It may even be a little bit worse. Does anybody know how long this takes to go down or what else I can do to speed up the process? Ive tried elevating my legs, drinking more water and rotating my ankles. I cant even wear my shoes and now that I've had the baby I cant get away with wearing my slippers everywhere now, lol

I didn't have any swelling while pg but the day after i woke up with really swollen feet and ankles. The midwife said it was normal and it went down about 4 or 5 days later. I couldn't wear shoes and could only just fit in my thongs.

I had alot of swelling in the last few weeks of my last one too, but i also had high blood pressure, and protein in my urine. I could barely walk as my feet were so painful and tight, and my toes were shiny. I had swelling even all over my face (looked like i had been on a 9 month long chockie binge). It also as the other girls said, took at least a week for my feet to come back down,,,,although, the skin started to peel like mad from my toes, and bottom of my feet from the swelling

Even my face was swollen after I had Yasin. You'll pee it all out eventually - supposedley Cranberry helps your kidneys process it all a bit faster.
