Since having Charlie my right leg feels really weird. Kinda like the feeling you get when you have fluid retention, that really full feeling and sometimes(mostly at night) it gets a bit tingly. There's also a few sore spots around my calf aswell that feel like bruises but there's nothing there. I thought i may have had a blood clot but got my GP and also my midwife to check and they both said it wasn't a clot but they don't know what it is. Midwife said it could have been something to do with having the epidural. Also while i had the epi in, i couldn't move that leg at all but i could move the other one a bit. So just wondering if anyone has experienced anything like this at all? Also getting back spasms now too which i'm not sure has anything to do with the epi or not. They started at around 5 days after the birth. I'm a bit worried and it's really annoying!
i had an epidural and it affected one leg more than the other which was normal they tell me. do you have a varicose vein near your calf? maybe that is why it is a little sore. i am not sure about the other sensations you are describing.
