I haven't had that experience but I would be asking your doctor about it - having a baby puts a lot of wear and tear on the pelvic area and can affect your 'toilet' functions adversely. It might be nothing, but it might be a warning sign to look out for minor tissue damage that needs specific exercise/repair after the birth.

Then again, it could just be everything in the area shifting around and becoming flexible to make way for the birth!
