Does anyone know whether paracetemol can cause stomach cramps?

I have been taking it irregularly for post c-section pain but I have been having bad stomach cramps. Funnily enough, the day I didn't take any during the day, I didn't have any stomach cramps. I thought it was meant to be gentle on stomachs!!!

Bubs has also been badly affected by wind and stomach cramps too. Do the pain relieving drugs go through the breast milk and affect bubs too?
