I really don't know what is happening with my body at the moment, first i thought i might be pregnant, as i have been feeling sick in the mornings, I had a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative, however i have the imploin in and have had it only for about 4 months, now when i went to the toliet (sorry tmi) there was a little bit of blood mixed with cm.
i don't really know what could be happening here. does the implanon stop AF? if it doesn't maybe its your body getting used to the implanon. if you get too worried you should see a GP. I am having similar probs with the depo shot and am gonna go see GP about it.
Hey KMH, i had implanon for 4 years and what it does s put your boduy in a pregnant like state - it uses a sinthetic hormone similar to progestrone that stops your period ...
I wouldnt worry to much i would sometimes have no period for 12 months then get them 3 times in 2 months for 2 weeks ata time... it is the downside of the contraception... and alot of women get it removed for that reason....
some women spot blood some have heavy periods for prolonged periods of time some dont get any period for the whole 3 years....
KMH, I have the implanon and get breakthrough bleeding for about 48 hours every now and then... usually six-eight weeks apart. Mixed with CM too, which I found weird, but it ended quickly.
