    When to expect AF post breastfeeding?

    How long after you stop breastfeeding do you get AF? I have not breastfed for a week now but still making some milk, though dwindling as i've dropped about 3 cup sizes. I've been feeling like i'm having killer PMS and wondering if AF is on the way? I haven't had it for so long, i only had a couple between the boys.

    I had my first AF over two months after my last bf, and I bf for 6 months. HTH...

    My AF usually returns roughly 4 weeks from stopping b/fing, no matter how long I fed for.
