Just wondering with all the new mums out there: is anyone doing any sort of excercise to get back into shape? If so, what is recommended? I've been doing 10 sit ups each morning and some nights but that's about it....and my pelvic floors while I b'f...
About 4 weeks after having Nina I started swimming and bought an exercise bike which I get on daily for about 30 min. I intend on increasing the time on the bike once my energy improves. I also go shopping lots, so I walk up and down the shopping centre plenty of times!
