I have a friend who has just had baby #4, 13 weeks ago, and is fully breast feeding him. She got her period back last week, and was going to start taking the mini pill. She really doesn't want any more children, so I told her that unless she is taking it absolutely correctly, and religiously, she might want to rethink her choice, due to the failure rates of the mini pill.
What other forms of contraception is there, other than the mini pill, condoms and surgical methods, which would be ok for her to take whilst fully demand feeding a new baby?
