    No AF, not pg......

My cycle has been a bit odd since having the kids, was always around 30-31 days pre-kids but it's getting longer and longer and I am currently at CD 36. Is it normal for period to do this - I had symptoms about a week ago, have been cranky feral pants and thought I felt some cramping last night but still no AF?

I am totally clueless and was worried I might be pg as we use withdrawal method and charting, and although we haven't had any accidents we clearly know it isn't foolproof(time to get Implanon I think) anyway I did a HPT last night which was neg so I really don't think I am pg, just unsure if it's normal for AF to fluctuate so much and be this late!!!!

Thanks babe, increase exercise and stress might be it - pity it's not weight loss Just frustrating and I had better get Implanon even though I am a scaredy cat because HPTs every few motnhs when my cycle goes out of whack are costing me a fortune!

What about a Mirena IUD Tan?
I've had both and I found the Mirena HEAPS better. Hurt less going in as well.

    Hope it sorts out hun.

I hope AF turns up soon hun. I'm oh so familiar with the stress when she doesn't show up! Seriously I need to do something about that too.

It's doing my head in, no symptoms at all. No pg symptoms either though so I dunno. Could the HPT be inaccurate? Now I am stressing that I am pg and it's not testing +? With DS it came up SO strongly and straight away and wasn't a morning wee. I have another - is there a good time that I should try again? I mean I am CD36but technically only 2 days late becasue of my cycle, but I have never been this late before. I am exercising but it's not like it's super out there exercise, just running weights etc. Arghhhhh so annoying!

Nope no visitor but did a HPT first thing this morning and it was negative. I am putting it down to my running and stress - athough now Im not sure when to expect AF again, is it a skipped period so should technicially arrive at CD 31-34 again as normal?

2 times in the past this has happened to me, exactly 4 weeks late, but the last time, not on time for the 2nd month either. I just wore a pad each day and made sure I had spares of feminine hygiene (whatever you use) in my bags all the time.

Yeah I agree, it may sneak up on you then go back to normal.

Still nothing - arghhhhhh so frustrating and I keep second guessing the tests now. :| DH is telling me Im being stupid and that a FMU is the best way to test as I told him last night and it was neg. so I have nothing to worry about, but I can't keep stressing which is probably making it worse. I have been under stress lately but anyway not much I can do I guess but wait a few more days and test again - what are the most reliable HPT?? The one I used was a Life something - I went to a weird small family chemist last night and it was all they had. It did say on the pack it was 98% accurate a day before period is due and I am testing 3-4 days after so who knows.

I use well did use First Response. They give such pretty pink lines - as in no second guessing.
