To the Gods of Children's Sleep

To the Gods of Children's Sleep

Not sure if you have noticed that i have a child, she doesn't sleep much. We have something on later this arvo, and it would be lovely if you could give my child a hand to get some sleep so she will be rested and we can both enjoy ourselves tonight . We will be driving for awhile to get there, so if you want to do your thing soon after we set off, that would be perfect!

    Thanks!

I offer my gratitude to you for your help!

LO had an hour's sleep in the car on the way and woke up as we arrived. She woke in happy, friendly, cheeky mood and was in great form pretty much all day. She loved the dance floor and just went from circle to circle schmoosing people. It was only towards the very end when she was getting tired, and maybe dehdrated cos she wasn't interested in BFing, that she got a little ratty. QUite funny when she went to the dj table and was telling him to 'ssshhh' with her finger held up in front of her mouth. luckily it was the last song, and she probably thought she got him to stop.

The benefit of having a child who doesn't need sleep, when you are out of 'routine' they still cope ok!
