Im asking about reincarnation as Ive been thinking a lot lately about my sister. She died 19 years ago and for a long time strange things would happen. Like my sister (alive) would suddenly smell her cigarette smoke even when there was none about when something major was about to happen.
Mum would have important things suddenly go missing then turn up months or years latter in very strange places.
Two of my family members had near death experiances (oh and a friend). The first of these was our Dad he had legionares and was very ill in hospital he saw her as a child. She asked him to go fishing as thats what they use to do, Dad said he couldnt she left and he imediatly got better.
Our uncle had heart surgery and 'died' on the table, when he came round he asked the Dr how long for and they were stunned he knew. He saw her and she told him to go back so he did.
All of these things magnified when I was pregnant the first time as soon as my DD was born everything has stopped even my Mum says its strange not to have things go missing.
Im just wondering what others may think of this
I'm not sure of your question but if you're interested in whether souls can reincarnate, then apparently yes we do. I don't know if they choose to reincarnate into members of their own family. Do you recognise you DD as someone else?
I recommend a couple of books by Brian Weiss and Michael Newton. Both of them are psychiatrists who discovered that, during hypnotherapy, a number of patients regressed into past lives and sometimes into the life between lives. It's fascinating reading.

Aligater, you are not the first person I have heard with an experience like this. It sounds like you think your sister's spirit may have chosen to incarnate again in your family as your daughter and this is certainly possible. It's important though not to get too tied up with the idea though because your DD - no matter what her previous lives were - will have her own special personality, karma, lessons, connections that are unique to this lifetime, so try to honour that, even when you catch glimpses of similarities she may have to your sister. If you believe in reincarnation and think about the many many lives we all have had, it would be truly remarkable NOT to incarnate into family groups that we are connected to who can support our evolution and learning as they evolve and learn too.
I believe that a childs soul is there from early on and that she is herself but I wonder if my sister saw I and my family were happy and went on as my sister had also found happienes that same year
