Hormone tests may be in order. Sometimes there's a problem with the uterus itself, like it has an unusal shape. Sometimes fibroids. But it's highly unlikely you "did" anything to cause this. Be good to yourself and know we're all behind you, whether you decide to get tested or not.
Oh Tegan, so sorry to hear this! Be sure to give yourself lots of time and space to grieve your loss, and I hope you find some answers too! :hug:

i am so sorry for your losses. try to be good to yourself, grieve as you need. and don't stop trying for answers.
Tegan-
I know it is hard but please dont be so hard on yourself. Take time to grieve and take comfort from those around you. You can definatley get testing done either speak to your dr or your ob and they will take it from there. I had all the necessary testing done after my loss and for me there just was no reason she just wasn't ment to stay here with us.
You are in my thoughts and prays.
Oh Tegan, I am so sorry that you are going this again. I hope you are able to get some tests, but stay positive. You have two beautiful children so it is likely that you are able to have more. Hang in there.

Oh Tegan honey, I am so sorry that you are having to expirience this again. It's not fair that it keeps happening *hugs*. You will have another baby honey. You will, it will just take time. I agree you should have tests done to see if there is any way to stop this happening again and in the mean time, take all the time u need to grieve your little ones...... Know we are here for you and we all love and support you. We are all sending you the biggest hug vibes and healing vibes. Once again I am so sorry honey.....
