To be honest I'm ok, I have good and bad days. Bed (sleep) is a struggle as it's hard to turn your brain off.

I know how you feel.
My baby had no heart beat either and she was about 13 weeks.
Its been 2 years, 2 and half months and I'm still not coping with it.
