I've just noticed that one of my DS1 (3yr old) top front teeth has started to discolour

How and why would this have happened?

He is yet to have his first dental visit but i will be making him an appointment right now.

He brushes his teeth morning and night and has since a very young age. He is a thumb sucker though, could this have something to do with it?
