HHhmmmm... funnily enough I have just read through the Adoption Act Review which was put to parliament at the end of October, and it seems very little changes have actually been recommended. I would post the report here - but it is many pages long and would take up massive space. I have the link to it, if anyone wants it.

All in all, a bit disappointing really...
