I am only at the end of my first year of my undergraduate degree but I have in place a 20 year plan which reads something like this:
Finish my degree in 3 more years
Have a couple of years off studying to practice as a midwife
Go back to uni part time for 3 years and gain my masters in research in the field of midwifery
Have a couple of years off studying, hopefully to start gaining lecturing experience as well as practising as a midwife
Go back to uni part time for 8 years to gain a doctorate in midwifery.
I should get this all finished in 18 yearsAfter that I don't know, but I figure if you can have a Welsh prime minister then maybe you could have a Scottish minister for health
Has anyone else got a very long range plan for their studying and career or am I the only one who overthinks things like this?
