The one I use at work is "123fileconvert"
Most of the good ones though are a free trial version prior to purchase. Some are a set # of uses and the others are set by date of install. A common trick is to keep downloading free trials of programs. BUT! some file conversions won't work and you'll have to proof-read it for accuracy.
