I am of no help. This is how I feel about my whole unit of Research Design and Analysis for Psych! The 750 word research proposal is one thing (and worth 15%), but the research report another kettle all together, and worth a lot more! ARGH!
I went through a bit of this theoretical framework w@nk a bit when I did Anthropology. I limped and bluffed my way through. Take heart, though, I ended up getting to Hons and managed to skirt around the issues of theoretical frameworks to get a first class hons! And yes, this part of the degree is painful - the crunchy, no-comprende part

I agree with Krys, though - just start writing ANYTHING to try to make sense of what you're already read, then tweak.
