I would start by ringing around the universities/tafes and having a chat to them.
Then call where you previously did your course and see if you still have some credits from completing those classes
Then Jump in and go for it

The teachers aides at my kids' school do their course through the local TAFE, so that's where I'd be starting Good for you for wanting to get back into study too!
