I have no advice except to say I think you'd be a fantastic midwife - I've always had that feeling about you from reading your posts (I sound like a stalker..). I was just reading the newspaper after reading this post and thought I'd pop back and let you know that next Tuesday night on SBS there is a series starting called One Born Every Minute - which is a documentry filmed in a maternity hospital.
