I would suggested the Course Coordinator for the course you're studying and also the Head of School (health? nutrition? I'm not sure what school it goes under). Start with the contacts on your paperwork/letters/confirmation/orientation documents if you have them.

Uni staff are very helpful so call and email and I am sure you will get it sorted.
