OMG!!! I got a Distinction on my first Uni Assignment!!

I got my results in the mail today and could'nt believe my eyes when I saw that I got a distinction!

I had a fair few grammar and referencing errors but other than that it was supossedly good!

This is the comment at the end of the assignment....

Thanks Sara-Jayne. A good overview of a topic which you are obviously passionate about. Your paper has covered many vaild points quite well

Guess what my essay was about.....My first Birth Experience as a Doula!!!!! I am so very proud that I was given such a high mark on something that I am very proud of!

Well done Sara! I too wrote about something I was passionate about in my first assignment (social stigma and stress single women encounter when seeking sperm donation for single parenthood). My MIL told me you can't go wrong if you write about something you feel strongly about and obviously have knowledge of. Sounds like she was right!
