    Who's applying for uni?

Ok, so its that time of year again, lol.

Who is applying for uni? I've been studying via distance this year, but I have just applied to one of my local unis. I've applied for nursing, and i REALLY hope I get in.
It will be awesome to get to study on campus and attend all the labs.

I hate how you can apply so early but then have to wait months to hear whether you get in or not.

    Anyone else applying?

I am applying for a Dual Bachelor of Nursing and Midwifery at Deakin.
I am thinking I might defer until 2010, all depends on finances between now and then. I'm hoping I get in too because if I don't I have to sit the STAT test next year, .
I'm mostly concerned about childcare, and getting my license between now and then.

Karina, does the course you're applying for give early offers?

I dont know if it gives out early offers. It just says the offers are made in January, so I'm guessing not! Either way, I still have to wait for ages. And I'm impatient so its going to be hard.

Goodluck, hope you get in. The STAT test is a pain to sit. I did it last year and it made my brain explode. Plus I was sitting there in the exam and my boob started leaking. Great look.

Leaky boobs are always a terrific look aren't they!

I'm impatient too. Not looking forward to it. I'm leaving it as long as possible to submit everything because then I feel like it will take less long to hear back, mmmhmmm.

Well I'm the opposite to you. I'm currently studying full time on campus but next semester I will defer and then not sure if I will go back part time or do distance ed like you .... hmmm *thinks* ... I wonder what studying with a baby is like...

I got into psych nursing this year but I rejected it and took another preference but I still have doubts whether I chose the right course! Nursing sounds great so best of luck. I applied I think in September/October last year and waiting is soo annoying!! At the moment I'm just waiting to see if my application for intermission for next semester is approved...I can't see how they would reject it!
