MiniLala review?

I have a minilala - and I haven't had any probs with it yet - although I haven't had it very long (couple of months?)
I just wouldn't leave it on for more than 2 hrs
Oh, and I didn't get mine from minilala direct - so can't really help with customer service.

As for CT - when I first went cloth (when DD was 8mths old) they were the only nappies that worked really well for us - but as she has gotten bigger they aren't really working well anymore.

Pop-ins are my fail-safe nappy!

I'm happy to use my array of fitted nappies, but for poor DH, I think it may be easier if I just keep him on the AIOs. I have 9 small sized ones (BBH & a couple of other brands I picked up) that look roughly small enough for NBs, but as I don't have any mediums or larges, I didn't want DH to escape his fatherly duties when the kid is too big for the current stocks!

For a guy that can solve any puzzle/problem by looking at it, he's certainly demonstrating some early 'thickness' about the fitted system (put on baby, then put on cover...). But I loves him anyway.

hehe good on you for teaching your DH! I think it is so cute when they become proficient with using mcn!
Sounds like you have a nice lot of nappies while bubby is small. I wouldn't worry too much about buying med's and lge's now as you don't know what size and shape bub will be. Plus they change shape too, like some nappies that fit at one stage may not fit a few months later (not just because they have put on weight but when their little legs and thighs change shape).

Might be worth looking into AI2's as well mate, my DH likes them too - and they are just as easy as AIO's - if you put them together for him first

Plus they are usually more absorbent I have found. And you can get super pretty ones

I love my Minilala's I am doing Elimination Communication, but for when I go out and when I know I won't be able to attend to DD's EC needs, she needs to stay in them for wees (otherwise, they go on her and get whipped off for going to the loo - on most days I can put her to bed having only used one nappy that I can still use the next day cos it's dry!). When I'm out and have missed her wees the Minilala holds heaps and heaps till I can get to change her.
I got mine from a shop nearby, but the stockist is really happy with the customer service she gets from the supplier

Yep like the others have said, I don't think it's a very long lasting nappy... I don't trust them when out and about so only put them on DD at home which is a shame as they are so pretty!
2hrs before it starts soaking through is about what we last here too. DD is an average wetter (I guess!)

I think the Mini LaLa's are just gorgeous, but looking the feedback and DD being a heavy wetter looks like they won't be an option for us

I really like mine. I only have the one though and I don't use their insert. I use my own Bamboo inserts. Lasts much longer. Fit is great though.

I was going to say the same as mel. AI2s are great too.
