Thanks Heather I would love that info!!

I am getting a new toaster tomorrow... And I will order some toaster bags as well. I am also going to have to keep an eye on DP as he works away usually but will be back working local next week so will be way more involved in her food from day to day

In my frantic search for gluten I also found that the shampoo I have Been using for her has wheat starch in it. Doh. There is huge chance she was getting some of that in her mouth because apparently bath water is the only water to drink!

Heather, can you PM that list to me too.

Meercat, it's so frustrating finding gluten in things like shampoo. I've wasted money on things only to find out it had gluten in it. My most recent one was aspirin, of all things. Dont beat yourself up. It's a difficult adjustment to make.
I've found the TMX brilliant for gluten avoidance. Have you tried making the yummy bread from Quirky Cooking?

I have tried to PM both the documents I have, they are in word format. The BB private message is not letting me attach the documents. Not sure why.
I am happy to email them to you both if you don't mind sharing your email address with me.

We're a Wheat (not gluten) free house and we did this too! We finally cleared up the excema and every so often it would break out again and it wasnt until we relised the shampoo we thought was wonderful and organic had wheat in it that it finally clicked. Felt so bad!

Its scary and amazing to see how many products have or come into contact with wheat and gluten.
