it is probably not ideal for me to do the elimination diet at the moment being pregnant which is a shame.I will try to give it a try afterwards though (might be a while because im not sure about breastfeeding and the diet either?) Will have alook at the thread . I definitely react to sulphites preservative 220's. Reading the book just got me thinking. .
