I get asthma from mould. I pretty much don't get it anymore and I believe it's because I'm living in a new house without a mould problem. The last couple of places I lived in had mould issues and therefore I got asthma regularly. The only times I've had it recently were when I've visited houses where there is mould present. I always carry ventolin with me just in case I come across it & it always brings quick relief.
