organic and gluten free bread?

Anyone know of any suppliers in Perth or anywhere I can buy organic gluten free bread mix online? I know of orgran - which is a pretty good product even though not organic, but its so expensive! Also, old time bakery supplies in Perth here but I am getting sick of their bread, Ive been eating it too long!. I dont want to eat gluten free breads loaded up with soy flour (unless its organic), which most of them are..

Hi,

I buy a bread mix from Coles in the gluten free section. It is made by Springhill and called "the real bread mix". It is not organic but it does not contain any soy flour. It is wheat, gluten, dairy, egg, nut and soy free and it is really yummy! It is in a purple packet.
