yep he can have almond meal thats a staple in our house, snacks are not a real issue for us its the main meal out that is, its a treat once or twice a week to go shopping and have a sausage roll or similiar. I just wish more places would make an effort to provide gluten free food thats not egg based. Some day soon they will have no choice because more and more people are finding they are intolerant.
Meercat I know exactly how you feel, I really copped it in the beginning but when family saw how my kids reacted to the food that I said they couldnt tolerate they now understand why i do it. I dont want my kids to suffer.
Also do you know the name of the reusable squeezie packs I was looking for something like that not long ago.
