I am thinking i might try and get a pic of maybe the quad bike in the paddock, near the creek, maybe with my gumboots and a good book on it or something for my ME. :)
reminds me our dam has some great green moss etc on it now, looks gorgeous around dusk, might have to go try out my iPhone tomorrow... ohhh MY iPhone :p

Hey girls, just a quick one to say I'm out of the loop for now as DD has ended up in hospital :( the temps didn't shift so I took her to the dr yesterday and they think she's got a UTI as well as being severely dehydrated. She's hooked up to fluids and iv antibiotic now. Just came home to get some stuff but I'm on my way back to the hossie now.

Oh no swoop - I hope she's better soon. It's awful when littlies get in such a bad way, my DS ended up back in hospital on IV fluids and antibiotics after he had his tonsils out. He just crashed so fast. Will be thinking of you guys :hug:

I've always loved abstract macro work. The only advantage to my zoom lens being off for repair is that I'm forced to use my macro (I only have two lenses). After a long absence from it, I'm starting to get back into the lens again. It's a pain in the butt for shooting fast moving kids though, and my DS doesn't stay still.
Everyone does such good work here - there are some really creative ideas that I've seen.

I just bought a little clip on LED light for sewing & reading, but it might also be useful as a macro lamp. I've been meaning to set up a lightbox for yonks, these shots have all been pretty impromptu but it's nice to stage a proper still life. I haven't done any since having kids because it's hard to set up a shoot with tripod and everything.
Been lurking but thought Id finally pop in and invite everyone to check out my 365 project (link in signature). Its nothing special because I have a really crap camera but Im trying to keep a theme going and having fun just randomly deciding on using old pics or taking spur of the moment new ones.
I love looking at all the other projects :)

I have been playing with apps on my phone, I have a samsung galaxy, I found a cool app calledpicsay, and one called camera fx zoom.. They are both so fun,! I have been playing with them all day!

My todays photo is a bit of a rush, it was windy, the kids were being annoyingly whiney and I just wanted to get home. I had such high hopes for todays picture too, I guess it wasn't to be... maybe another day, hey.
Maybe you can get something of what you USED to enjoy, i have onyl recently been getting some ME time or time to figure out who i am, mine i got today by chance and it reminded me of the things i love most.:
Which funily enough my girls both love now too so we do it as a family :)
