    Copyright

So quite a few members are doing the 365 project and uploading some STUNNING pics to websites that really anyone could take if they wanted to.

So if we add a watermark it makes people think twice right but what do you put?

    (c) - do you have to have some legal right to use the (c) symbol or can you use it as you wish?

So could i have (c) Zarava Photography IYKWIM?

Good question. If you look closely at my sunset one it has a copyright thing at the bottom. But I only have that on my panorama thingy...
I put my full name on it, but wouldn't mind something more creative

I'm just wondering though if we DO use it and someone manages to take the pic and still pretend it's theirs is there anything we can do?
I mean really they can use a fake profile on another site using a similar user name and what proof would they have the image is not theirs IYKWIM?

Hmm it's a lot to think about... honestly if someone thinks my stuff is good enough to steal then YAY for me not like i'm making money off them but would be nice to know my images are 'SAFE'
