Can anyone read tarot cards? I mean anyone without any known psychic ability? Or do you need to have the gift?

No, you don't need to have any special gift, but you should get to know your cards before you read for someone else.

from what i know if you are drawn to cards - then you'll read well with them (or they are gifted to you)
but i second what starfish has said - get to know them and allow them to resinate with you and they'll lead the way as such
