    most kids i've dealt with that have DS - the parents have wanted them to be treated exactly the same - so whatever you're doing for the 15month old, do for the little girl.

    unless of course the parents have mentioned allergies or something on top of the DS

    if the parents decide the contents aren't appropriate, they'll use the stuff and give their child a replacement - if you're really worried, ask her parents

    I would have asked but the mum is likely to say "don't worry about it" or something similar as shes very shy and doesn't like to ask for anything.

    Thanks though, I'll make one up like the other bub!

    It's not a matter of treating her differently, it's the fact she's 4-8 years younger than the other kids. And I would rather give something that is useful than some token junk that will be thrown out, same with the other kids.
