erbs palsy, bracheal plexus injury at birth

    Hello there.
I am new on here and am in need of help. My 14 month old has just being diagnosed with a bracheal plexus injury, most likely caused by the yucko complex birth. If anyone else has had a child with this, or has info on this please contact me. My child is affected on both sides of his spine, therefore both arms can not reach out or up nor can he weight bear, crawl.
He was an extreme prem, not a big bub at all. His injuries are not repairable with surgery (avulsion) Im told everything about him is very rare and am having trouble dealing with this or finding a support group in Australia.
Any info, experiences, advise much appreciated!!

    Hi hun

Just wanted to pop in and say I hope you manage to find some great support and answers somewhere (be it through bb or somewhere else). Sounds like a very stressful time for you and your family. Big

    Love
