Awesome that Emma is out of her cast! DD was exactly the same when she came out of her cast. Her legs remained in the frog position for quite some time. We didn't have any exercises for them to straighten them out and they only really started to straighten when we got rid of the brace altogether. When she started to crawl, she could only commando and she pushed with her toes until she got strong enough with her legs and then crawled properly. Hope that helps
