If the baby isn't in the right position any picture isn't going to give you the right information. To get accurate measurements they have to be in the right position for the sound waves that the us uses to be accurate. I deal with u/s and measurements for hearts and their valves etc on animals weekly, its part of my job and I know that you have to have everything in the right place to be able to get accurate measurements.
If you are concerned, speak with your hospital or your GP. The measurements need to be done between 11.5-13 weeks.
Also bear in mind that to be accurate an NT ultrasound has to be combined with blood tests. I don't think this is something you can judge unless you are an expert. If you're worried ask your doc, but don't stress about it.
The pic from you NT scan isn't the best for NT measurement... I can see it isn't quite midline. However, from what I can see... looks totally normal!

I can't see much, are you looking at that big bit under baby?? Looked like that on my scan and I was thinking OMG!!!! But then she didn't even measure that bit, turns out it was the umbilical cord baby was lying on and she measured the correct bit which I can't see on this pic.
