MummyTummy - The paediatrician is going to make a complaint against the MCHN. The doctor was appalled by the things she said. Since then I have found out that the MCHN has said the same or similar things to other mothers! I've heard quite a few stories now of breast fed babies who don't gain much weight. Now I'm starting to finally think that maybe that's just normal! Oh and the paediatrician wrote me the most wonderful letter. She knows how worried I've been about Maya and she wrote a letter to remind me that Maya is doing fantastically well and what a great job I'm doing. How nice is that.

Georgi - I've offered Maya tomato now - both cooked and raw and she hasn't had a problem with it. I think it would be fine to give it a go.

I've noticed that a lot of you are cooking with eggs in recipes. Did you give your babies egg to try first? I've read that some babies have bad reactions to eggs. So I wasn't sure if I had to offer it on it's own first or not.
