my neighbour pops in about once a week just to say hi and tell me all about her grandkids (and great grand kids), and she saw Spock eating avvo toast, and was amazed! she said I must be the only mum in the world who gives her child avvo on toast and it is the most awesome thing in the world =) I was surprised because a) it tastes so nice, b) avvo is so good for you, c) its easy and perfect for her little hands and d) its tastes so nice!!!
